Vegan Dubstep anyone?? Sure, we know what food looks, feels, smells and tastes like…but what does it really SOUND like?? Crunching carrots, garlic sizzling in a hot pan, squishing your hand inside a juicy melon…We will set out on a messy mission to record all manner of food being prepared, eaten, squished, dropped, chopped and thrown against a wall – and then use sampling and effects software to manipulate and mangle it all into something totally next-level. Using recording/composition/remixing techniques influenced by Electronic, Ambient, Dance, Dubstep and beyond, we’ll create our own little worlds of tasty groove and sound; from the familiar to the fantastically-mangled. Adam Steinberg

Songwriter, Musician, Producer, Engineer

Adam Steinberg is a songwriter/musician/producer/engineer with a deep curiosity about the creative process and an undying love for good songs and cool sounds. Awards and Honors include: Official Grammy Award Participant, 4 Clio Awards, First Place Billboard International Songwriting Contest, Telly Award, etc. with many record, film and television songwriting/composition credits. He is particularly proud to have had his guitar playing transmitted millions of miles into space from the radio Telescope at Arecibo, Puerto Rico as part of a 35th year celebration of the Sagan-Drake transmission from Arecibo. Adam currently works in music technology as an engineer for Young Chang/Kurzweil Music Systems and is slowly, but surely, working on a musical.
