DJ Epicurious

Ever wondered what food sounds like in surround sound? Well, in the “DJ Epicurious” studio coached by Music Producer Adam Steinberg, NuVu Students created some original songs composed from audio bites sampling various food sounds. Students recorded the sounds of oats shaking, the inside of a melon being squished, potato sacs falling, munching on carrots, bacon sizzling on a frying pan, and many others and then used these sound bites to create food-inspired songs. Below are the four food-inspired songs. Take a listen and let your senses indulge in the culinary melodies!
